Institute for Social Research CHRONOS is a non-profit social and political analytical center aimed on research of international and domestic politics, protection of human rights and human dignity, the expansion of human potential and the development of a freer and safer Ukraine. The work of our academics and experts promotes ideas based on our belief in democracy, European values, the importance of civil society and a pluralistic political culture.

We strive to provide intellectual, moral and practical arguments for expanding freedom and democracy, increasing individual opportunities and strengthening the entrepreneurship system in Ukraine. Our work explores ideas that contribute to achieving these goals, and scientists at ISR CHRONOS participate in this endeavor with academic freedom. ISR CHRONOS operates independently of state structures of any political party and has no institutional positions. However, we consult state and private structures in various areas of expertise to strengthen and build on Ukrainian society. Our scientists' conclusions are based on rigorous research backed by objective, verified data and a wide range of evidence.

Our scientists not only conduct research that focuses on today's most critical challenges, but also look ahead to ideas and problems that have yet to gain widespread recognition. Scientists of ISR CHRONOS are engaged in innovative, independent work on a wide range of subjects. From issues of domestic and foreign policy, economy, education, health care, rule of law to issues of information technology and digital development, applied research of public opinion, politics, society and culture.

ISR CHRONOS actively seeks and encourages interaction with those who have knowledge in any field of social research and seek to use their expertise to help the formation of a democratic and pro-European state of Ukraine. We welcome pluralism of opinion because we believe that the competition of ideas is essential to a free and prosperous society
